The Admin & The Boss
Rachel keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes at Norfolk Handyman Head Quarters. She is there to keep the online presence looking pretty and ensure all messages are passed on and calls returned.
In other words, she's the backbone and the brains of the outfit!
Alfie
Head of Security & CWO
Alfie is in charge of office security and is the Onsite Intruder Alarm Engineer. He also takes on the role of Chief Wellness Officer, identifying the most appropriate support for the team - including plenty of walks, tummy rubs and an assortment of liver and venison flavoured treats.
